Minimum contribution for presale
10,000 USD equivalent.
Presale bonuses
Presale participants earn a bonus on their contribution of:
- Tier 1: 40%
- Tier 2: 38%
- Tier 3: 36%
- Tier 4: 34%
- Tier 5: 32%
Bonuses will be awarded on a first come, first served basis. The first 20% of successful applicants will be in Tier 1, the next 20% in Tier 2, and so on.
Bonus tokens will be released in two quarterly instalments.
Who gets to buy?
Applicants will be considered on a first come, first served basis.
KYC?
Successful applicants will be contacted via email and asked for photo ID and proof of address. Full KYC will take place in conjunction with the crowdsale.
Please do not send funds until you have confirmation you have an allocation. Do not send from exchanges.
How will I know if I can contribute?
Successful applicants will be contacted early next week (Week starting Monday, January 29).
Can I contribute from the US?
Unfortunately, US contributors will not be allowed to participate in the presale or crowdsale. Contributions are also not accepted from Iran, North Korea, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Iraq, Syria, Uganda, Vanuatu and Yemen.
Payment methods
BTC and ETH will be accepted from wallet addresses. Other currencies are available on request. Do not send from exchanges.
How much is available?
The cap is $20m.
Luckbox raised $4m from strategic investors and $11m is allocated for the presale stage. The remaining $5m tokens are reserved for the public crowdsale.
In case of ETH/BTC increasing, the value of presale contributions beyond $14m, refunds will be issued on a proportional basis at price lock.
In case of ETH/BTC decreasing, the value of pre-sale contributions below $11m, we may sell more up to the point of price lock.
Token price and value
There will be 600,000,000 LuckCash tokens. The price of ETH/BTC contributions will float until USD lock at 3pm BST on April 4 at which point value of each token will be calculated.
Public crowdsale
The public crowdsale is scheduled to open in March.
Token distribution date
The distribution date is to be confirmed but we are aiming for quick distribution after crowdsale thanks to a stringent KYC process.
